Your access or other use of this Site shall constitute your agreement and acceptance without modification of the notices, terms and conditions, privacy policy and medical information privacy notice set forth herein (collectively referred to as “Terms of Use”, “Terms & Conditions”, “Terms”). Any person or entity who interacts with the Site through the use of crawlers, robots, browsers, data mining or extraction tools, or other functionality, whether such functionality is installed or placed by such person or entity or a third party, is considered to be using the Site. Speakwithanmd.com is independent of the healthcare providers who will be providing such telemedicine services to you through the Site and Speakwithanmd.com is not liable, in anyway, whatsoever, for such healthcare providers’ acts, omissions or for any content of the communication made by them.

SPEAKWITHANMD.COM DOES NOT ENGAGE IN THE PRACTICE OF MEDICINE OR PROVIDE ANY OTHER HEALTH SERVICES. NO HEALTHCARE PROVIDER/PATIENT RELATIONSHIP IS CREATED WHEN YOU ACCESS THE SITE OR SERVICES. SPEAKWITHANMD.COM IS NEITHER RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE FOR ANY ADVICE, COURSE OF TREATMENT, DIAGNOSIS, OR PRESCRIPTION THAT YOU ACCESS FROM A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER THROUGH THE USE OF THE SITE.

All content or materials on this Site, including, but not limited to, images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, graphics, logos, programs, music clips or downloads, video clips, audio clips, data, software, and all other materials that are part of this Site (collectively, the “Contents”) is owned or licensed by Speakwithanmd.com or its affiliates. Speakwithanmd.com grants to you a limited license to access and make use of the Site and its Contents.
